HPE Smart Array E208e-p SR Gen10
Hello,
Can you confirm if this HBA will work on Dell power edge R730 server?
HPE Smart Array E208e-p SR Gen10 - storage
controller (RAID) - SATA 6Gb/s / SAS 12Gb/s -
PCIe 3.0 x8

I'm trying to use it to connect to HPE tape library.

Hello Oscar1119,
While I cannot confirm it will, Dell has not validated HPE parts, it appears it could work.

Expansion cards and expansion card riser
PCI Express (PCIe) generation 3 expansion cards are supported
Check slot priority for 12G SAS. You can probably use slot 3 for LP, 6 for FH
