Hardware Error - enclosure services checksum error

Hello,

I am receiving the following alert from a PowerEdge 2900 server:

Server Administrator-Unexpected sense. SCSI sense data: Sense key: 4 Sense code: 35 Sense qualifier: 5: Enclosure 0:0 Controller 0, Connector 0.:1577

Using the Key code qualifier wiki I found the code translates to

Hardware Error - enclosure services checksum error

How can I go about fixing the problem that's causing this alert?

Hello

Any time you have a hardware issue in the RAID chain you should make sure all of the hardware is up to date. If the issues persists at the latest firmware levels then you will need to try to fault isolate. It can be the controller, a cable, the backplane(if you have one), or a drive.

Thanks
