Help Converting T420 Single to Dual Power Supplies. Issue with BP Male to Male SATA Cable (can't do it)

Hello,

I have a Dell T420 with a single 550 PSU. I read on an article here on how to convert it. Recognizing that Dell does not support it and warranty it or any such thing.

However, I am having an issue I am hoping someone can answer. In the original post for converting, the OP had mentioned that the new power distribution board had a male BP connector and not a female P4 connector. As this missing P4 connects to the split Sata power drive for all 4 drives.

I didn't see a resolution to that. I can't find a cable that supports the 4 drives and has an actual female connector. I also can't seem to find an adapter to connect the Male BP connector on my power distribution board, to the male connector on the SATA cable.

I'm really looking for a new Cable or an Adapter so I can do this.
