Help identify poweredge с6220
Good day. I wanted to update the firmware and got up, I broke. BIOS writes that I have a c6220 board with BIOS version 3.2.1, but the newest firmware is 2.5.7 on 19 Sep 2019. I began to understand further and got completely confused since it turns out I have not been updated with the service tag. Help me understand what my mutant is.

When the firmware update was run, how was it done? I'm trying to determine where this firmware package may have came from, as neither the C6220 or the C6220II have a posted release version like that. I would look at flashing it with the latest posted BIOS version on the support page, 2.5.7.
Did this system have a motherboard replacement? That's the only reason I can think of the tag would have been lost. If you boot the server to the Support Live Image, you should be able to assign the tag, per pages 23 and 24.

Thanks for the advice. The problem is that I bought this board on ebay and I don’t know how it was updated. But how can I find the service tag? maybe there is a sticker on the board? I think after I recognize the service tag I can determine what kind of "product" it is, but I don’t know how to do it ((
