It sounds like you may not have created the raid set to install Windows on, or you didn't provide Windows with a driver for your raid controller.

A bios reset wouldn't fix your problem most likely.

I found the integerated devices and the RAID mode was enabled , but I wasnt able to find wether aray is set or not ?

one other thing that I am sure of it I think my OEM_Preinstallation kit cd is not working can you please provide me a link of Preinstallation kit which i could download and then install it?
