The VRTX support page has a guide for CMC command line. The racresetcfg command has options for resetting configuration defaults on the chassis and other components. If you want to delete storage then that will be done on the storage controller. There should also be a storage controller manual on the VRTX support page. I'm not aware of a single method to wipe and reset everything.
