You can open any Dell server with a couple of heavy duty paper clips. Very simple lock, takes about 5 seconds

MoeTheSurgeon,
You would need to get the bezel key, part number HP853, it will unlock the bezel from the T410's chassis. You can get the key through Spare Parts at 800-357-3355.
Let me know if this helps.

The T410 has a tubular or cylinder type of key. I did't see a paperclip method for those types of locks. Did I miss something?

If you're talking about the bezel, then the key is pretty much universal.
If you're talking about the case, then you would just need to use a flathead screwdriver or a coin. It does not actually require a key

Thank you for everyone's input, I really appreciate it.
Yes, it's the tubular bezel key. It's nice to have found that I can order a key for about $15 incl shipping, but it would be nice to just get the darn thing open, once. We have no intention of locking it again and $15 for the one time luxury is just a tad irritating.
I will probably just order the key, but if you have a suggestion as to how to avoid the luxury tax, please let me know.
