IDRAC unable to connect

Hi Folks, I unable to take IDRAC console but IP is pinging, last week getting (ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH) error, now its error page not appearing. please let me know for the solution ASAP.

is this an old DRAC?if so, you possible need to open this with Internet Explorer or in Edge in Internet Explorer ModeIn Edge add the link to the IE compatibility list  --> Settings/Default Browser/Internet Explorer compatibility/Add:  'https://drac-IP'sometimes it helps to add the DRAC IP to the trusted Internet sites.   -->Windows/Start/Run/'inetcpl.cpl ,1'        -->Security/Local Intranet/Sites/Advanced/Add this website to the Zone:  'https://drac-IP'Good luckRegardsMuese

Hi Team,

This is old IDRAC server License version is enterprise 7.

I tried in internet explorer also login page is not appearing, its getting error " The connection to the website was reset. Error Code: INET_E_DOWNLOAD_FAILURE"

Hello Martin, I unable to take console how can I update the firmware? Is there any possible way to connect IDRAC? Last we updated the firmware 2.50.50.50.
