IDRAC8 2.70.70.70 and launch console

I have it set to java for the console, it's worked in the past prior to upgrade with on older version of java 8u45.

I have tried on both windows and mac, always returns this error. I have also tried downgrading java on the endpoints to the above mentioned version.

No firewalls, no nothing should be terminating the connection.
