IOPS of R410 and R510
I found the R/W speed of my PowerEdge R410 is very slow
And the PowerEdge R510 is fast than that
Does the RAID controller card is the main reason?
R410 with SAS 6/iR
R510 with PERC H700
If I want to increase the speed of R410, what should I do?

Yes. Probably. The SAS 6/iR is a low-end controller. The H700 is better for a number of reasons, most especially because it has write cache.
More than the RAID controller can have an effect though:

Can I upgrade the R410 from SAS 6/iR to PERC 6/i or higher ?
If so, how much speed will be raised
