Identifying a T610 spec
We have a T610 which we need to upgrade with memory and possibly a second CPU. Querying the console for the service tag receives the response:
identifyingnumber MS30519
Dell sales support say that it is not a UK service tag; the server was acquired and installed by a 3rd party company in 2012.
Is there a world-wide Dell database that can be queried so that the service tag can be verified and therefore used to order compatible parts?

If it was installed by a third-party, it may be a special build for them and not a system supported by Dell. You'll probably need to just shop for parts based on model and spec instead of Service Tag.
