Implementing HA with PowerEdge R340 or R240

I have to build a cluster with two hosts to apply high availability for my firm, does any of PowerEdge R340 or R240 can support that approach?

ESXi ver 7 

and please if there are any considerations/recommendations that I need to follow please share them with me
