Is Intel Speed Select technology configurable?

Hi,

I'm reading the Speed Select technology on Intel website and it's not clear to me whether the technology can be configured per server or not? If the technology is configurable, is it something I can configure on PowerEdge servers? There are some parameters related to performances found on the iDRAC > Configuration > BIOS Settings > System Profile Settings but it is not completely clear to me what they imply.

Any help to understand or pointers would be appreciated.

I guess you mean this page : Dell PowerEdge R740 BIOS and UEFI Reference Guide | Dell France for the R740 or this one : Dell EMC PowerEdge R750 BIOS and UEFI Reference Guide | Dell France for the R750 server but it doesn't tell much about the Speed Select technology is used and what I can expect with the various settings.
