Is a Poweredge R410 compatible with an NVidia Quadro?

Question

I was wondering if I can use a Quadro with my R410? The specs says it has a pci-e slot, but I imagine there are some other limiting factors that I am unaware of. Does anyone know if it will work? I imagine that fitting it in the case will be an issue, but I am curious if there are any compatibility issues. Thanks, James
