KeyBoard Failure

OK one day i was playing my computer and everything froze so i turned it off and restarted the whole computer. When it restarted it wouldnt go past the booting process and i turned it off again only this time it said keyboard failure. i would then turn it off again and turn it back on a few times to get the message Error 8602 Auxiliary device failure and keyboard failure. so i tured it off again and get just a keyboard failure what could possibly be wrong with it?? how can i get it working again? im lost without my computer LOL.  Thank You Very Much

1 - Did you try changing the keyboard?
2 - If you did change and if this is a PS/2 keyboard try using it with USB keyboard.
3 - If it works on USB then it is possible your PS/2 keyboard socket went bad.

Hope this help you.
