Lifecycle Controller Error while attempting to upgrade firmware
To All,
I Attempting to upgrade the firmware in a T430. I boot into Lifecycle Controller during post and several upgrades are required. When I click apply it attempts to retrieve the update but then fails with the following error:
Unable to install the update packages (SUP0531)
Enter another Repository Location that has the updates...
How can I solve this?

I was using the ftp.dell repository...It resolve itself...The first time it ran it failed on all but one update. I tried rerunning it the others but it kept failing. I restart the server and reran it and it worked.

Hello
What are you using as a repository?
If you are using a repository on the network then your network security may be blocking the download. If everything is out of date then try updating the LCC and iDRAC before updating everything else.

Was this just a simple restart of a complete pull the power and then power back on? I am having the same issue with some r620's
