Hi Robert, I think replacing two 4 GBs with 8 GBs will help enough
I want to get the most bang for my buck. 16 GBs seem a lot more costs per GB, From some of the posts I have read, one channel or bank or something can be a different size or something.
Ok Robert, I think I am getting it. To verify - I am safe replacing with a 8 or 16 GB DIMM in A1/B1 - correct?
Actually, I think I will update another R510 with 16 GB DIMMs in A1/B1 and used the replaced 8 GBs in A1/B1 of this one, and I got more trickle down servers after that.

Hi, did you plug a 4GB memory on A1? Then the same should be unplugged from B1.
