Missing CPU 1 and 2 and a error 1054

Question

I am getting a server administrator error 1054 in the logs.  Below is a description.   Temperature sensor detected a failure value Sensor location: CPU 1 Chassis location: Main System Chassis Previous state was:OK (Normal) Temperature sensor value (in Degrees Celsius): 0.000   I am also receiving a E0780 ( Missing CPu1 and CPu 2 error) and a E1580 power control error on the display in the front of the server.  Can someone help.

Hi, I assume that your post applies to a DELL PowerEdge 2650?   First of all I recommend to check the motherboard to PCI-riser connector for broken or bent pins:   http://docs.euro.dell.com/docs/systems/pe2650/en/it/5g375c60.htm#1149679   If you've verified this connection I recommend to re-flash the latest ERA firmware:   FilenNames: d_0819v314_bm.exe, f_0819v314en_bm.exe, RAC-FRMW-R83674.exe, racread_a01v314bmen.txt   After flashing disconnect all power cables for at least 5 minutes.
