Motherboard Part Number

I just got a motherboard (Also tower, power, etc.) from a friend for which I'd like to find a part number or some other identification so that I can learn about using this board in a system.
All that it has is a single sticker which has a UPC Bar code and a number:

CZ0 9N167 - 44573 - 36K - 00N4

Also, a sticker which says: REV A01

It says DELL on it in several places, but that's it.

I've done the obvious - Typed this number (and variants) into the 'parts finder' and looked all over the motherboard, especially around the memory slots for other info like a part number, to no avail. It has dual 2.4G processors, 2gig of Ram, etc. It'd be a shame to waste, especially since it was free.
Can someone help me find out what this thing is?

Thanks

It is the system board from a Precision Workstation PWS450.

A trick to finding what kind of motherboard it is, is to go to ebay and put in the "9N167" partnumber. You'll see several hits showing it's a PWS 450 board like Barhampa posted.
