I got the memory checker, and general diagnostics.
Attempting to run the memory checker, I get "Abnormal program termination. Memory Protection Fault. CS:EIP" and halt.
Does the tester have to be run from a DOS prompt? I tried creating a boot disk, but get "NTDETECT Failed. Disk I/O Error. Status=000010000" when the floppy attempts to boot.
While the Parity Error seems to be gone, I'd really like to test and repair anything that might be needed.
Note: Prior to any of this I had reseated memory/SCSI card/Cables. Then formatted HDs (low level), wiped and recreated containers, and reinstalled Windows 2000 Pro.

Make sure the system bios and ESM firmware are up-to-date. Below is a link to the updates. Also, reseat any PCI cards and memory.
