Need help finding out if the following memory modules are compatible with R420

Thats it pretty much, once I gonna buy these online and refunding isnt an option, I cant miss. I gonna buy 2 of any of these memories to use 1 module in A1 slot and another module in B1 slot, 2x32gb.

m386b4g70bm0-yk00 is LRDIMM and PowerEdge R420 does not support LRDIMM. You can refer below link for supported memory for PowerEdge R420

Hi Greg asd,
As you may well understand where I am coming from, I am not able to confirm or guarantee if any 3rd party component would properly work, I'm afraid. I'm personally thinking that as long as what you are about to purchase falls within the specifications from the manual I showed you, it would. But again, there's no guarantee on this. I wish you a good weekend ahead.

Ive found 2 other models that I guess are compatible with my R420, can you guys help me confirming it?

Kg07106626-662

M393B4G70BM0-CK0

The first one is a Kingston, the second one is a Samsung. That Samsung is a lot similar to the 8gb modules that are currently installed in the R420.

Anyone from Dell could help me here? I think its better to keep my research here than to open a new thread for every new model I want to check if its compatible.

Hi, please see if they are the same memory type (DDR4, DDR5...)/ memory size/ memory clock as the original component. The brand/maker shouldn't matter. Also note that you can't mix UDIMM and RDIMM.
For Kingston one:

Overall, please see page 43:

I didn't get your reply, Young. Im gonna buy the same model of memory and I will use only them in the server. I will remove the ones that are currently in it and replace with the news Im about to buy. So, if this Kg07106626-662 is 100% compatible with the R420, I will buy 2 of them (making 2x32gb), remove the current ones in the machine (4x8gb), install the 2 new ones in A1 and B1, and be happy.

The modules Im going to buy doesn't need to be compatible with the current ones, I wont be using them together. All I need to know is if one of these 2 models I asked (Kg07106626-662 and M393B4G70BM0-CK0) are compatible with the R420, and if yes, I will buy 2 Kg07106626-662 or 2 M393B4G70BM0-CK0 and install them with no other memory modules together.
