Need help identifying memory
I have two identical 168-pin DIMM boards but I do not know what kind of memory they are. They claim to be Dell certified memory but I cannot find the model ID on Dell's site. Can someone help?
The boards have a Dell sticker on them which says:
BL1111F.XL (in upper right corner of sticker)
22954 LE (bottom of sticker)
There are two barcodes on the sticker, one at the top middle (by the BL1111F.XL) and one in the bottom left corner (by the 22954)
The DIMMs have two rows of memory chips, one on the front of the board and one on the back. Each row has 9 chips for a total of 18 per board.
The memory chips are MT48LC16M4A2TG-75. These are Micron Technology chips. They are 64Mb, 16 meg X 4. The chips are compatible with either PC100 or PC133.
I was told these DIMMs are 256MB SDRAM PC100. I was told they were compatible with the PowerEdge 1300, 2300, and 4300. I have my doubts.
The boards are 5 1/4" long by 1 5/8" high. They are taller than the PC100 modules I have in my desktop PC.
Can anyone identify these memory boards?

I suspect that the memory you have there is non-ECC, which will most likely not work in any Poweredge servers. I think you probably have Optiplex GX1, or GX100/110 memory.
