What do you mean with "but I found it is not suitable for esxi 6.5"?

If you're looking for servers certified for VMware, you're automatically excluding most entry level servers and have to step up to at least a mid-range server.

However, a T30 with the Xeon processor option (not the dual core Pentium processor) is a great home-lab server for VMware. I'd just add a dual or quad port Intel or Broadcom Gbit network card and put it in to have guaranteed network support for VMware. These cards shouldn't cost very much (this is an example in the USA (as of 2017-12-03)).

The T30 is probably only validated with unbuffered ECC memory (relatively expensive compared to the more common registered ECC memory), but you can probably put in 16GB DDR4 non-ECC dimms just fine. VMware doesn't certify non-ECC memory, but this is for a (home) lab, not full production, so using certified hardware isn't as critical.
