Needing Backup Software for Win XP Pro for PowerVault 100T

Last year we purchased a PowerEdge SC430 server with Suse Enterprice 9.0 and with the option for us to manually install everything. Since then, we have decided to trasnfer it over to a Windows XP Pro operating system and we have managed to find drivers for everything.
 
The problem we have now, is that we are unable to use the Tape Drive for backups due to the fact that we don't have any software. We have tried using the Windows Backup software, but it doesnt seem to provide us with a full up-to-date backup daily.
 
So, what software/method should we be using to make this tape drive work. We want to backup the entire C:/ drive. The tape drive does not have a drive letter and I cannot find anywhere to assign one.

Hi! I have a poweredge 600sc and i could'nt get the tape to work or access it,so i tried a programme from novastor(novabackup on free trial) and it not only found the tape drive but backs up to it. hope this helps ?.
