You need to install the Broadcom Management Applications which is quite simple. Create a New Team and add all the NIC's you need. All other options of teaming such as LACP are also available.
You could just go to Control Panel Add/Remove Programs Highligt the Broadcom tools and then click Change/or modify then make sure that the BASP tools are installed and reboot. No need to download

Is NIC Teaming possible? I'd have thought this is something that would be pretty straight forward with the right driver!

Thanks, this worked on my Dell Poweredge R720.
