OME difference between Templates, Profiles, Auto Deploy, and Configuration Compliance

hi all,

I'm a little bit confused by the purpose of these menu items in the Configuration menu of OME.  So far, I have exported a Server Configuration Profile from one of my iDRACs, so this is the only 'template' I am familiar with so far. 

Templates - have some optimised BIOS settings in the form of templates.  For application to what?  iDRACs?  OME instances?  Any Dell server?

Profiles - offer you the chance to select a Template but not one of the 'templates' - in the Templates menu item.  It also has an option for Boot to Network ISO.  Is this O/S related then?

Auto Deploy - yet more Templates.... but again, not the ones from 'Templates'.

Compliance Baseline - here you can create a configuration baseline - with yet more, different templates.

Clearly there are different templates for application in different scenarios, but its not clear to me which is which.

Can anyone demystify this for me please?
