Open Manage Server Administrator running on ESXi Free
I have a test server running ESXi 5.1 free, I also have an Open Manage server running.
I've followed these steps to get OMSA running on the ESXi host.
I've verified that the UserVars.CIMvmw_OpenManageProviderEnabled value is set to 1.
But I cannot manage the server with OME at this point it just shows up as a server running with SNMP.
I've done an esxcli network ip connection list on the server and nothing is listening on port 1311.
No Events found!

When discovering an ESXi server with OME, they should use the WSMAN protocol. Below is how the WSMAN configuration should look on the discovery range. Generally you want to:
