P2600 server upgrade to Win server 2003

Question

I have a Dell P2600 server currently running Windows 2000 server with a Perc 4/DI Raid controller, I want to upgrade this to server 2003 (via a repartition and reinstall), will Windows Server 2003 have the raid drivers or will I have to supply them on a floppy disk during the start of the setup?? Thanks in advance   Tim
