PCI or AGP Video Adapter problem - PowerEdge830

I've installed a Pinnacle Video Capture card into my PowerEdge830, however, BIOS is taking a PCI card as a primary adapter. How can I change this??? I can't find any PCI/AGP option in the BIOS!
Please help!

I cannot be sure w/o design documentation, but it's likely that the PCI slot has a lower PCI 'slot' ID than the onboard PCI videocard. This means it gets initialized before the onboard PCI video. The system uses the Intel E7230 chipset if I'm not mistaken, which doesn't support an AGP slot/interface, so it has to be a PCI videocard that's integrated.

The only option you may have is to try the card in one of the PCI-X slots (if you're not using them), but if it keeps using the Pinnacle card as the primary, consider buying a system that was intended for use with a 2nd/other video(capture)card like a Precision Workstation or maybe an Optiplex (go tower chassis, not the smaller chassis sizes).
