PE 1800 CPU Question 32 Bit or 64 Bit?

I just want to verify my thinking about the following processor being 32 or 64 bit?   We plan on running a test bed of Windows 2003 64 Bit & Exchange Server 2007, which both require 64 bit processors.   The following is the processor in the system currently:   Item 221-7728 - 3.0GHz/2MB Cache, Xeon, 800MHzFront Side Bus for PowerEdge 1800 The server was purchased on 11/17/2005, and we are hoping that the CPU will support Windows 2003 64 Bit.   We would also like to purchase a 2nd CPU and couldn't find it on Dell's website.  Does anyone know the CPU model number so we can order one?   Thanks in advance!

Yes, the 8G servers all have x64 processors.
