PE 1800 CPU Question 32 Bit or 64 Bit?

I just want to verify my thinking about the following processor being 32 or 64 bit?

 

We plan on running a test bed of Windows 2003 64 Bit & Exchange Server 2007, which both require 64 bit processors.

 

The following is the processor in the system currently:

 

Item 221-7728 - 3.0GHz/2MB Cache, Xeon, 800MHzFront Side Bus for PowerEdge 1800

The server was purchased on 11/17/2005, and we are hoping that the CPU will support Windows 2003 64 Bit.

 

We would also like to purchase a 2nd CPU and couldn't find it on Dell's website.  Does anyone know the CPU model number so we can order one?
