PE 2500SC ESM2 BP Primary Sensor Check Fail

My server is up and running but I have a Blinking alert light right after POST

I installed the current:
BIOS
BP FW

I ran the Diag and got the following message

Embedded Server Mgmt - ESM2 BP Primary Sensor Check :Fail
Status: Fail Status Code: DOS DDG-D ESM2 140 036
Device: Embedded_Server_Mgmt Test: ESM2_BP_Primary_Sensor_Check
Release: 1070 Module(s): Esm2
Msg: Am important event was detected in the ESM log. Critical error on entry
117 of 120. SMB event was reported for BP SCSI Termination A External Voltage sensor with a value of

any ideas >???

You will want to make sure the ESM firmware is up-to-date. Also, you will want to remove the ROMB battery then reseat the ROMB key and ROMB memory. Also reseat the SCSI cable to the backplane and to the motherboard. If issue still happens you are probably looking at a problem with the ROMB components and should be replaced.
