PE C2100 with 6 RDIMM RAM placement
Hi
I need your help. How can I install 6 x 4GB (24GB) ram to PE C2100 with 2 CPUs.
I tried many possible way but still got total memory only 16GB.
Any ideas?

I need to know details about the memory and mode settings in the BIOS to be able to help.
If the memory meets certain requirements and the mode is set correctly then you should be able to populate the DIMMs in 0,1,2 on each lane for 24 GB. If the memory are of a type that do not allow tri-channel population or the mode is set in a way that does not allow all channels to be populated then two of the DIMMs cannot be used.
The only way you can populate 6 DIMMs is in a tri-channel configuration. Dual channel configurations would cause an imbalance across the lanes as memory must be installed in pairs at a minimum, and both lanes must have identical population.
