I cancelled the system services under Default Settings when I was in the IDRAC6 config utility? Not sure what the repercussions of that is other than I won't be able to use the UEFI in the future until I re-enable it. Can still get into System Services via F10 anyway. The server then booted up just fine and indicated it was finishing up some Windows Updates before I got the login screen. Maybe the Windows Updates messed with something? Anyway, the server is back up. I would like to know if anyone else ever ran into that and what caused it.
Boot Mode ? BIOS / UEFI ? What are your settings ?
Disable the Boot Retry
Does this help ?
To add to Kupiter, unless you have a specific reason, if your bios is set for UEFI (likely to be the case based on the message you're getting), change it back to "bios" and exit (save settings) and reboot.
