Windows Server 2022 is not a supported operating system for T630. You can refer below link for various supported windows operating system for different PowerEdge servers. Not supported does not mean it will not work. As it is not supported it is not validated and we can not guarantee that it will work. You may face issues with driver availability for various components as well.

Hi, I'm afraid I don't think I'm seeing that in this table.

Hi,

if your server can run Windows 2019 - it will normally work with 2022 (besides it is not on the compatibility list). Windows 2022 is no big different from 2019 ... its like Windows 10 1809 to 21H1.

I have a R730 (with a second drivebay) running Windows 2022 with HyperV role installed and all of my VMs are running without problems

If I add the TPM 2.0 module will this PC be compatible with 2022 as far as hardware requirements, or do I need to add anything else to get there?  I understand that it is not validated and there might be driver compatibility issues, but I want to know also, if there are any hardware requirements above the TPM 2 that need to be added or considered.  This is a T630, PERC H730 & around 12 drives in various RAID configurations.

Thank you,

Marshall

I am not aware about any other requirement for Windows Server 2022. You can refer below link from Microsoft for more details. You can also wait for any other community member to share their experience installing Windows 2022 on a unsupported server.
