PE105 - power problem - when powering on the power light flashed amber - eventually powers up

Hi - I recently powered off my PE T105 - when I re-started it the power light blinks amber and the fans run for a short time then shut down...after about three attempts eventually the server powers up and runs..

Is this indicative of a failure to come..
