PERC H700 Compatibility issues in PowerEdge T610

Question

Hello Everyone, I am having a great deal of difficulty in trying to replace a PERC H700 RAID controller in a PowerEdge T610. The server is crashing with a bus error on slot 0 which makes me think that the RAID controller is faulty. I figure it is easier to replace the RAID controller first before thinking the motherboard could be the problem.  Anyway, I orginally thought I could just replace the RAID controller with any H700 integrated controller that I purchase on the Internet. However, the first RAID controller I received did not work. When the server booted back up it said invalid PCIe card in storage slot. I returned that card and since found out that I had to use the exact same model as the old RAID controller. In my case the model is 0XXFVX. I purchased another card from serversupply.com that said on the web site that it was 0XXFVX only to find out that when I received it that it wasn't. I called them and they said the model numbers should be interchangeable but that clearly isn't the case. I was wondering if anyone could point me to where I could purchase the correct model. I don't want to continue to purchase this card only to find out when I receive it that it won't work. If I have to, I will purchase it directly from dell but would rather see if I could purchase it cheaper first. Thanks for your help!

Hi Robert,

I don't have the part number from the controller I received because I returned it. The part number of the RAID controller that I want to replace is CN-0XXFVX-13740-1AC-018T-A05 as indicated on the sticker on the card.
