Performance Monitoring Tools

We are testing our platform and application against three different PE 2850 servers with similar specs.  Are there any recommended tools which can be used to make it easier to monitor the performance on these servers?  I'm referring to something that can monitor the hardware to help uncover bottlenecks caused by a misconfigured RAID Array, NIC, Processor, etc.
