The screenshot doesn't seem to be loading, I can't see what's on the picture. It's an old poweredge, therefore you may need a USB external DVD drive or USB Flash drive with bootable image. Have you tried check in BIOS if the USB is detected? Though, the boot sequence, the USB should not be appearing as USB but as a Hard Drive.
