LuisMn,

The BSOD you are getting is pointing to a IRP packet being held too long. Now this error can be caused by hardware or software. I would suggest starting with updating the server to current.

BIOS

BMC

Chipset

After that is done I would then run the diagnostic on the server to see if anything is returned.

32bit Diagnostics This package will assist you with creating bootable media to use on the server.

Boot to the diagnostic and run. Let me know if there is anything returned.

If after the update, and the diags are clean, then I would start looking at the OS. Specifically any driver that had updated around the time the issue started.

Let me know what you find.

Hey Chris,

Thank you for replying back to my post!

These are the results I got back from running the Diagnostics:

Test Result: FAIL

Device: IPMI

Test: IPMI_System_Event_log_check

Error Code: 2900:0021

Msg: IPMI - FEB 13 03:30:38 2014: O/S Critical Stop / Shutdown Sensor

(0x00) Critical stop during O/S run

also,

Test Result: FAIL

Device: SATA_DVD_ROM_0

Test: Confidence Test

Error Code: 0f00:133C

Msg: Disk - No Suitable disk media is present.

I replaced the SATA DVD ROM with a brand new one and I'm still getting the BSOD, I will go ahead take your advice on updating the BIOS, BMC & Chipset.

I will post back with an update in a few more days since the BSOD are happening every other 2 days or so.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Luis N.
