PowerEdge 1800 won't boot

PE 1800 with non-redundant power supply. No post, bios, nothing. The fan in the power supply does work, disconnected peripherals from the system, reseated memory, still nothing. Took power supply out, did the paper clip test and the fan does come on. I'm thinking motherboard. Any other suggestions to troubleshoot?

Also, how do I figure out which specific motherboard this has? I've looked up the specs using the service tag but can't really tell which part number is the mb.

It appears that you have taken the system down to the minimum to POST.  If you remove all the memory and power it up, do you get any beep codes?  If not, you will most likely need to replace the motherboard.  I have sent you an email requesting your service tag  to further assist you.
