PowerEdge 1900 11910 Intrusion Error!
So I was upgrading my memory and it seemed fine. But now it won't start. I plug in the power cable, the fans kick in, and 10 seconds later the fans shut off and I get this error message on the front display. "11910 Intrusion" I tried removing the cmos battery, i tried splicing the wires together on the push down pin that is out when the side cover is off. Nothing seems to work. PLEASE HELP!!

Hello
The intrusion error has nothing to do with the system not restarting.
I would suggest that you stop troubleshooting the intrusion switch. Any time the chassis cover is removed while the system is receiving power it will generate an intrusion alert. You should disconnect power cables any time you are removing the chassis cover. You will need to clear the hardware log to get rid of the intrusion error. The intrusion error will not stop the system from POSTing.
The issue is likely with the memory you installed. I would suggest installing the old memory in the system to test functionality. If it works with the old memory then troubleshoot the new memory.
Thanks
