PowerEdge 1900 Hangs on Boot

I have a pe1900 that has been working just fine.  I shut it down before a storm in anticipation of a power failure, which did not occur (it is connected to a ups).

Upon restarting, the system will show memory and processor configuration, and then hangs.

I have re-seated the memory, removed the PERC5 cards and disconnected all peripherals.

Any ideas as to the next diagnostic step.  Software diags won't work as it doesn't get to that point.

I can't get to setup.

After pulling everything apart, it was a faulty connection to a KVM via the USB port.

Thanks for the response.  The inside of the machine is now nice and clean.

Hello

If the system is not completing POST then basic troubleshooting is minimum to POST, clear NVRAM, and drain flea power. It sound like you might have already done that.

If the issue persists after performing all of those steps then you will need to start swapping parts out. If you have any systems or spare parts you could use to swap with then that would be best.

Thanks
