PowerEdge 2950 - Keyboard Malfunction In Front USB Not Back USB

I am having an issue with the two front usb ports in my PowerEdge 2950.  A mouse works fine in either of the ports, but a keyborad malfunctions in both front ports.  The last letter typed will stick, so if I type 'dsa' I get 'dsaaaaaaaaaa'.  It does this with other letters as well as sticks on delete and space bar. I have tried other known working keyboards with the same result.  I have tried the regular keyboard on another machine and it worked fine.  I have also tried the keyboard on one of the rear usb ports of the 2950 and the device installed itself and worked correctly. Device Manager does not list a problem with any usb ports for the machine.  What could be causing this issue?

Thanks, I will check out the keyboards performance in the BIOS setup.  If I do in fact have to result to clearing the NVRAM, will I have to instal every device all over again?  Will it affect my AD set up in the system?
