PowerEdge 2950 and PS2 KVM

Anyone have any experience connecting a PowerEdge 2950 to a KVM switch that uses PS2 connectors? Since there ARE no PS2 connectors on my PE2950, I tried using PS2/USB converters but they will not work. When trying to use them, I get a message telling me that a USB device has malfunctioned. In Device Manager, the keyboard shows up as an "unknown" USB device.

 

Is there a specific Dell converter/dongle I need to be using? This is a real pain since there are other systems using this KVM switch without any issues, and so far the PE2950 is the odd man out.
