PowerEdge 6100/200 Processor

I have a PowerEdge 6100/200, It has no processors in at the moment and im looking at purchacing some. Can this server have dual Pentium Pro's with 1Mb cache? I believe it supports 256Kb cache and 512Kb cache, but i was unsure about 1Mb cache.
