PowerEdge M620 doesn't work

Hello,
We have a problem with blade servers M620 (assembled with E5-2670 and DIMM 8x8GB hynix)
We put in the slot mezaninne 57810S-M 10GB daughter card (JVFVR) and riser card management (F5G99).
After insertion into the M1000e chassis; M620 blinking amber.
Chassis Management Control servers shows the state as "Initializing ...".
iDrac for these servers are not accessible, and the M1000e cannot recognize hardware. We cleared NVRAM using jumper on motherboard but it did not help.
Do you have any ideas?
Thank you for help in advance,
Maron

Hello

I would start by making sure that the hardware is installed into the correct slots and fully seated. There should be a connector diagram on the top cover of the blade. If there is not one then you can check the manual. The management riser should only fit in the management riser slot(6 in the diagram). The network daughter card must be in the mezzanine fabric A slot. It is listed as the Network Daughter card connector in the diagram(10 in the diagram).

If the hardware is in the proper slots and fully connected then you likely have faulty hardware or a faulty slot. I would remove the new hardware to make sure the system still powers on normally. If it does then add the new items one at a time to narrow down what is causing the problem.

If the iDRAC does not initialize properly the blade will not power on. Before the CMC will power on a blade it must receive a power profile from the iDRAC.

Thanks
