What steps have you tried so far? Is this system connected to a UPS? How many people can access the system? Does it turn off on the same day at exactly the same time? What OS is on it? Which logs have you looked at?

Of course, it is connected to the ups, 2 people including me, actually I saw that the system lasts approximately 604800 seconds then it shuts down.

I was facing auto shutdown issue with my PowerEdge T150 Server, Server was going into Power Off mode automatically every time after a certain time period. Finally, I could track in Event Viewer that My OS was evaluation and expired. After Activated it my problem was solved. Hope this helps !!

I have this problem too, our server shutsdown every saturday morning 8:20 am, What can be the reason? It is a Power Edge R450 server, running Canonical Ubuntu 20 LTS. No logged logs to show the reason!

Hello thanks for choosing Dell and welcome to our community.
I recommend that you have your OS logs looked at if you haven't There might be some command running for the regular shutdowns on the OS level.
You can raise an official ticket through https://dell.to/3zB2oby

@DELL-Young E sorry for late reply, we came to realize it was power fluctuations which was causing server shutdown for safety issues, after solving power failures everything settled to normal
