PowerEdge R510 fails with PERC H700 will not boot past FW message.
I cannot select an alternative boot option (such as USB) because everytime I boot it hangs at the following line:
"HA -0 (Bus2 Dev0) PERC H700 Adapter
FW package: 12.10.4-0001"
It just sits there. I've powered it down completely, I've opened it up and reseated the card. If I select the function key to select alternative boot option, it never gets to the point where I can select a choice.
Any tips or suggestions? I'm a bit desperate.

HGO-PS,
Would you confirm the part number for the card, so I can check the specific card for compatibility. Also would you confirm where you installed the controller? I ask as it looks like an H700A, which wouldn't work in the integrated storage slot, as that location would require an H700-i.
Let me know what you see.

Where can I find the part number?
This is what the initial specs listed:
CFG-RAID-H700-1GB-R510-4PORT-8
PORT - Dell H700 6Gbps SAS SCSI RAID Module with 1GB Cache (System Build)

Let me know what the part number shows as on this label, or simply take a closer picture of it, that is where the part number will be.
Also I can't tell from the picture, the riser the card is in, is there a total of 2 or 4 slots on the riser itself?
