what we found is there may be an issue with part of the mainboard.

if we remove CPU #2 and fire it up everything works.

if we just swap cpu 1 for cpu 2 id comes with the error as before.

if we swap cpu 2 for cpu1 and just have the one cpu installed everything works.

so now I either need to create a vm for this server and then just recycle the damaged one or maybe try and find a new motherboard.

Hello

Something either came loose or was damaged while the system was being moved. Here is a guide for no POST troubleshooting on a Poweredge server:

www.dell.com/support/manuals/poweredge-r520/Servers_TSG-v1/Troubleshooting-a-No-POST-situation?guid=GUID-168589AE-5878-48A1-BE60-935F95639BF0&lang=en-us

Thanks
