It looks like the E140 is a CPU interrupt error, but that can source from any number of locations. You mention PCI errors. I would first try draining the power from the server, but if that fails, shut it down and remove the PCI cards from the server to see if the system will at least complete POST without the PCI cards. If it does, you can add them back in 1 at a time to identify the slot and card having problems.
